We are looking to add compassionate Behavioral Health Associate to our clinical team! Keystone is a 126-bed treatment center providing services to adults in an inpatient setting. Keystone is located just southeast of Sioux Falls near the South Dakota/Iowa border in Canton, SD.

AVAILABLE SHIFT AND HOURS:
This position is a full time position working between 36-40 hours per week with shift differentials applying. All staff rotate weekends. We currently have various shifts open on our Adult Women's Unit.
TRAINING AND ORIENTATION
Keystone is committed to training and safety. All new-hires will attend a week long training with the HR department before
spending 2 weeks unit orientation with a mentor.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE BEHAVIORAL HEALTH ASSOCIATE.
Provide and coordinate the completion of various assessments.
Provide assistance and a listening ear when a patient is in need.
Ensure patients are accounted for by doing hourly patient checks.
Assist in conducting patient groups.
EDUCATION AND LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Must have a valid driver license.
Previous experience in chemical dependency preferred.
